UTTARAKHAND

Uttarakhand :

• We are operating 30 ILD centres in Kalsi and Chakrata blocks of Dehradun district of Uttarakhand
• We have established 3 ILD centres on 25th February 2008, 2 at Purola and 1 at Naugaon blocks of Uttarakashi districts of Uttarakhand under Himalayi Aajeevika Sudhar Pariyojana funded by International Fund For Agricultural Development. 
• We initiated our operations in 25 ILD centres of Kalsi and Chakrata blocks of Dehradun district of Uttarakhand  during July 2006. Five ILD centres in these blocks have become operational from 1st January, 2007.
• The four blocks in which all 33 centres are located are amongst the most backward areas from the Animal Husbandry point of view.
• The current status of our centres in operation upto 31st March, 2010 is as follows:
